Dispute Resolution Team
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in legal proceedings before Courts and Tribunals.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, applications, petitions, etc.
Corporate & Advisory Team
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and support for corporate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence.
Research and Drafting Team
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing precedents & statutes to provide insightful legal views.
- Drafting of pleadings and preparing notes & briefing to seniors.
Eligibility
- Freshers – 0 to 1 year work experience
- Junior Associate / Associate – 1 to 3 years work experience
- Experienced professionals – 3 to 10 years’ work experience
- Minimum Commitment of 2 years required
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Readiness and motivation to perform any other work as may be assigned.
- Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
