Dispute Resolution Team

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings before Courts and Tribunals.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, applications, petitions, etc.

Corporate & Advisory Team

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and support for corporate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence.

Research and Drafting Team

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing precedents & statutes to provide insightful legal views.
• Drafting of pleadings and preparing notes & briefing to seniors.

Eligibility

• Freshers – 0 to 1 year work experience
• Junior Associate / Associate – 1 to 3 years work experience
• Experienced professionals – 3 to 10 years’ work experience
• Minimum Commitment of 2 years required

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to read, write, and speak English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Readiness and motivation to perform any other work as may be assigned.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
