Kelp is excited to announce an incredible hybrid internship opportunity for motivated law students! This paid, part-time, long-term internship is ideal for individuals looking to apply their academic knowledge in a corporate, compliance-driven, professional environment while gaining exposure both remotely and through in-person engagements in Chennai, Bangalore, or Mumbai.
We’re looking for committed, curious individuals who are self-motivated and effective team players.
Position Requirements
Academic Level
- Preferably 4th and 5th-year students of 5-year law programs.
- 2nd and 3rd-year students of 3-year law programs are also welcome.
Skills
A keen interest in learning and developing writing skills, content creation, and an understanding of contract reviews or workplace policies (Training and support will be provided as needed).
Focus Areas
- Prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Employment compliance and policy research
Preferred Experience
Candidates with prior internships or academic focus in workplace law, POSH, or DEI will be given preference.
