The School of Law, Dhirubhai Ambani University (DAU) is inviting applications 2025 for the position of Assistant Manager – Admissions to strengthen and streamline its admissions process across multiple academic programmes, including the Executive Development Programmes, LL.M., and Ph.D. courses. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the complete admissions cycle, including applications, communications, shortlisting, entrance tests, and interview scheduling.
- Guiding prospective students on eligibility, documentation, requirements, and deadlines.
- Maintaining admissions records, databases, trackers, and CRM systems.
- Preparing analytical reports, dashboards, and admission-related insights for senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Law background preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in university/college admissions or related higher education administration.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/admissions software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a service-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
Compensation & Location
- Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA (competitive and commensurate with qualifications/experience).
- Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (On-site).
