• SARFAESI & Recovery Matters

Role Overview

As a Corporate Litigation Associate, you will actively handle contentious matters before forums such as NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, and DRAT. You will be responsible for representing clients, drafting pleadings, and managing litigation strategy in corporate and financial disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear and argue matters before courts and tribunals
• Draft petitions, applications, replies under IBC, SARFAESI & Recovery of Debts Act
• Conduct legal research, prepare case notes, briefs, and client advisories
• Coordinate with senior counsels, clients, and litigation teams
• Assist in case strategy and client consultations

Candidate Requirements

1. Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university
2. Experience: 2–3 years in corporate or commercial litigation
3. Knowledge Preferred In: Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Banking Laws, SARFAESI
4. Skills: Strong drafting, research, advocacy & communication skills
5. Court Exposure: Willingness to appear regularly before NCLT/DRT and other forums
6. Work Ethic: Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
