About CITIL Article Writing Competition

The Centre for Studies in International Trade and International Investment Laws (CITIL) at Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur, in collaboration with Manupatra, India’s premier legal research platform, proudly announces the CITIL Article Writing Competition 2025. This competition invites law students to contribute to critical debates on reform and innovation in the field of international investment dispute resolution.

Theme of the Competition

“Dispute Resolution in International Investment Law: Innovations and Reforms”

Participants are encouraged to explore emerging mechanisms, procedural challenges, investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) reforms, arbitration frameworks, mediation techniques, and future directions in international investment law.
