About Toprani Law Firm Internship
In Greater Noida, many residents face illegal electricity disconnections by builders, housing societies, or IRPs (Insolvency Resolution Professionals). These unlawful actions violate basic human rights and create humanitarian crises. This internship offers law students a unique opportunity to work on ground-breaking cases impacting real lives.
What You Will Learn
Legal Research & Drafting
- Prepare petitions, complaints, and representations for RERA, Consumer Forums, DISCOMs, and Courts.
- Draft urgent relief applications and writ petitions.
Courtroom Exposure
- Assist in live cases related to power cuts, builder disputes, and consumer rights violations.
- Observe strategic arguments and legal remedies in real time.
Client Interaction & Field Work
- Interview affected residents and document on-ground realities.
- Collect evidence and prepare detailed case briefs.
Policy & Precedent Tracking
- Stay updated on latest judgments, electricity regulations, and government circulars.
- Contribute to legal strategies and policy recommendations.
Who Can Apply: Consumer law internship
Law students with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- 3rd year onwards (5-year LL.B.) or Final year (3-year LL.B.)
- Strong interest in housing rights, consumer protection, and constitutional law
- Good research, drafting, and communication skills
- Commitment to social justice and impactful legal work
