Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policies and frameworks.
- Conduct legal research on gender-based laws, workplace rights, and compliance obligations.
- Support training programs, awareness sessions, and report drafting related to workplace gender sensitivity.
- Collaborate with legal experts and consultants on case documentation and advisory services.
- Participate in social outreach and advocacy projects on related humanitarian and legal issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- 🎓 Must hold a law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- 🌐 Fluent in English and any regional language (both written and spoken).
- 💻 Comfortable with remote working and virtual coordination.
- ⚖️ Strong interest in gender-based laws, workplace equality, and social impact.
- 📅 Available for immediate joining.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the POSH Act, 2013 and related legal frameworks.
