Position Overview

The chamber is inviting applications from candidates with 1–3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE). The role offers a dynamic work environment involving extensive drafting, research, and preparation of legal submissions for the Supreme Court of India.

Eligibility Criteria

1. PQE Requirement
   1. Applicants must have 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation or related legal work.
2. Drafting Skills
   1. Strong proficiency in drafting is essential.
   2. Prior experience in drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) is mandatory.
3. Legal Research Abilities
   1. Candidates should possess advanced research skills, including case-law analysis and statutory interpretation.
   2. The ability to present complex legal issues in a clear, structured manner is required.
4. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
   1. The role demands excellent analytical ability and the capacity to offer effective legal solutions.
5. Independent Working Capacity
   1. Applicants must be capable of handling tasks independently with minimal supervision.
6. Preferred Qualifications
   • Candidates with the following background will be given preference:

Supreme Court litigation experience
