Key Responsibilities & Learning Outcomes
This remote internship is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in the intersection of law, finance, governance, and social policy. Interns will be responsible for:
- Policy Research: Conducting in-depth research on current national and international policy matters, legislative proposals, and government schemes.
- Drafting & Analysis: Assisting in the preparation of briefing notes, legislative summaries, speeches, and position papers for the Member of Parliament.
- Legislative Review: Analyzing the impact of proposed and existing legislation on various sectors of the economy and society.
- Stakeholder Mapping: Preparing concise summaries and briefs on key policy stakeholders and their stances on critical issues.
Successful completion of the six-month term will lead to a Certificate of Completion, providing a valuable credential for future academic and professional pursuits in public policy, law, and administration.
