Eligibility Criteria (Must-Haves for Applicants)
Candidates must meet stringent academic and publication requirements to be eligible for the Post-Doctoral Fellowship:
- Doctoral Degree: Must hold a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in one of the following fields:
- Law
- Social Sciences
- Humanities
- Management
- Any discipline related to Law in multidisciplinary research.
- Publication Record: Must have at least three publications in peer-reviewed journals, specifically those indexed in:
- UGC Care Listed
- Scopus indexed
- Web of Science (WoS)
Preference will be accorded to candidates with publications in Scopus/Web of Science or books published by reputed international publishing houses like Oxford, Cambridge, Hart, or Sweet & Maxwell.
Job Description and Deliverables
The Post-doctoral Researcher will focus primarily on two areas: research and teaching/course offering.

| Publication | Publishing at least two research papers annually in Web of Science or Scopus listed journals, OR publishing a book by a reputed international publishing house. |
| Teaching/Academics | May be given a mandatory course to teach, or the Fellow may voluntarily propose to offer an elective or seminar course in their area of specialization. |
| Consultancy | May be entitled to additional payment if they successfully bring projects or consultancy assignments to the University (as per University rules). |
