About the Internship
This is a court-oriented, full-time physical internship designed for serious law students who want practical insight into litigation before the Supreme Court and other courts.
Nature of Work
As a Litigation Intern, you will be involved in:
- Court observation and litigation assistance
- Legal research and drafting
- Preparing case briefs and maintaining files
- Exposure to Supreme Court and other courts
- Practical learning in the following areas:
- Criminal Law
- Civil Law
- Matrimonial Matters
- Arbitration
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Law students:
- 4th year or above of 5-Year LL.B. course, or
- 2nd year or above of 3-Year LL.B. course
- Strong interest in litigation practice
- Basic legal research and drafting skills
- Disciplined, serious, and court-oriented attitude
