About the Role in Associate Vacancy in Disputes Practice

The selected candidates will work closely with senior associates and partners and will gain structured experience across different areas of dispute resolution, including commercial, civil, and consumer matters.

Practice Coverage

The disputes team primarily deals with:

• Commercial Litigation
• Civil Litigation
• Consumer Dispute Resolution

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate (A0), you will be expected to:

• Assist in drafting:
  • Pleadings
  • Applications
  • Replies & Written Submissions
  • Legal Notices
• Conduct legal research on:
  • Recent statutory amendments
  • Latest judicial developments
• Support seniors in matters before:
  • Courts
  • Tribunals
  • Consumer Forums
• Provide procedural assistance across judicial and quasi-judicial fora.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Law Graduate (A0 Level)
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of the evolving legal and judicial framework
• Ability to work efficiently in a professional, deadline-driven environment

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
