ToggleAOR Rajesh Inamdar, Internship at Supreme Court of India
The Office of Rajesh Inamdar, Advocate-on-Record (AOR), and Shashwat Anand, Advocate, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for a physical legal internship with hybrid flexibility starting from February 2026 onwards. This internship offers law students a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Supreme Court litigation, constitutional adjudication, and complex advocacy practice.
About the Internship
This Supreme Court internship is designed for students who are serious about litigation and wish to develop practical skills in drafting, research, and court assistance at the highest judicial forum in India.

Mode of Internship
Physical internship with hybrid flexibility
Nature of Work and Exposure
Selected interns will receive direct exposure to Supreme Court practice and will assist in:
- Supreme Court litigation procedures
- Constitutional law and interpretation
- Civil and criminal matters
- Public Interest Litigations (PILs)
- Advanced legal research and drafting
- Case preparation and court assistance
The internship focuses on developing analytical depth, precision in legal reasoning, and disciplined drafting techniques.
Eligibility Criteria: internship under Advocate Rajesh Inamdar
Applicants must fulfil the following requirements:
- Law students in the 3rd year onwards of a 5-year course
- Final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. course
- Strong interest in litigation and legal research
