NLSIU Bengaluru and the Centre for Advanced Studies Reflexive Globalisation and the Law (RefLex), Humboldt University of Berlin, invite paper submissions for an international conference scheduled for 12–14 November 2027 in Bengaluru. The conference will examine law and globalisation, focusing on colonial legacies and their influence on contemporary legal systems and discourse.Sub-Themes: Public and international law, criminal law, transitional justice, transnational law, activism, litigation, globalisation theory, modernity, reflexivity, and law's relationship with other social phenomena.
