- Salary / Stipend: ₹50,000 per month (Fixed Honorarium); No additional allowances or perks.
Eligibility Criteria
Law graduate from a BCI-recognised institution with at least 55% aggregate marks.
Eligible for enrolment as an Advocate.
Maximum age: 32 years.
Good computer knowledge and Indian citizenship.
Must not have criminal involvement involving moral turpitude or pending disciplinary proceedings.
Preference may be given to candidates with an LL.M. or relevant experience.
Required Documents
Prescribed Application Form (Schedule I & II), Educational Certificates/Marksheets, Age Proof, CV/Resume, and relevant experience or postgraduate certificates.
Application Procedure
Submit the duly completed prescribed application form (Schedule I & II) offline at the General Branch, South District, Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi, through the Receipt and Issue Branch, Room No. 401, on working days between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, by 20 November 2026.
