About the program

Bharatiya Bhasha Samiti, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India is working on various activities related to regional languages. BBS also required interns for the glossary development, translation, or any other work related to law education material preparation in 22 scheduled Indian languages. Law students pursuing Masters’s program or any higher program related to Law can apply for these internship Opportunities. The selection process of law interns for scheduled Indian languages shall be conducted in a phase-wise manner. The selected candidates shall be intimated for engagement through email after completion of the selection process. The Samiti can withdraw or modify this advertisement at any time and the decision of the Chairman, Bharatiya Bhasha.

Terms of Engagement

a. At least Graduation in Law or equivalent 

b. Proficiency in two or more languages (of which at least one shall be an Indian language from 8th Schedule of the Constitution and another should be English). 
c. Demonstrable translation skill from English to at least one Scheduled language and vice-versa. 
d. Knowledge of computer, ICT skills and typing (in at least one scheduled Indian language and English). 

Selection Criteria: 

There will be a three round selection process: 
Round-1: Short-listing of the applications 
Round-2: An online written test for the short-listed candidates 
Round-3: Online Interview with the candidates qualified through round-2
