RRB NTPC Vacancy 2024 Syllabus:

  • The RRB NTPC syllabus covers a wide range of topics, including
  • General Awareness,
    • current affairs, history, geography, and polity
  • Mathematics,
    • arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
  • General Science.
    • which concentrates on physics, chemistry, and biology.

Stages of Exam: NTPC Recruitment 2024

There shall be two stages Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by “Computer-based Aptitude Test (CBAT)/ Typing Skill Test (TST) wherever applicable”

  • Computer-based Aptitude Test for Station Master and
  • Typing Skill Test for Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist.
  • For Goods Train Manager, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, there shall be two stage CBTs followed by document verification and medical examination.

Stage 1: NTPC Exam 2024

  • Exam Duration: 90 Min
  • General Awareness: 40 Questions
  • Mathematics: 30 Questions
  • General Intelligence and Reasoning: 30 Questions
  • Total No. of Questions 100

Stage 2: NTPC Exam 2024

  • Exam Duration: 90 Min
  • General Awareness: 50 Questions
  • Mathematics: 35 Questions
  • General Intelligence and Reasoning: 35 Questions
  • Total No. of Questions 120

Negative Marking: There shall be negative markings for incorrect answers in CBTs. A deduction of 1/3rd of the marks allotted for each question shall be made for each wrong answer.
