The topics for this year’s Research Paper are:

• Analysis of new and old tax regimes under the Income Tax Act, of 1961
• Changes in the Reassessment Regime vide Finance Bill (2), 2024 compared to the law as it stood immediately before.

Eligibility for Participation: National Moot Court & Research Paper Competition

• All bona fide students enrolled in an undergraduate of Law i.e., 3 years/5 years from any college or university shall be eligible for participation in the competition.
• Each College/University/Institution shall be allowed to register only two teams in the competition.
• Mixed Teams formed with bona fide students enrolled in an undergraduate of Law i.e., 3 years/5 years from any college or university shall be eligible for participation in the competition.
