About Honorary Assistant at Law and Judiciary Department, Maharashtra
The government of Maharashtra, Law and Judiciary Department, invites Vacancy 2024 For eligible candidates for the post of “Honorary Assistant” to Government Pleaders at the High Court of Judicature of Bombay, Original Side, Appellate Side, Appellate Side (Writ Cell), Mumbai.
Eligibility for appointment: –
- Applicant must be a Citizen of India.
- Applicant must hold a degree in Law from any recognized university and be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
- Applicant must not be more than 55 years of age on the date of advertisement.
- Applicant must have practiced as an Advocate for at least 3 years, on the date of advertisement
Procedure to Apply: –
- The application duly filled in must be addressed and sent to the Registry, Law and Judiciary Department, Room No. 345, 3rd Floor, Annex Building, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400032.
- Application shall reach the given address during office hours on or before 04th October, On the envelope “Application for ……… (post name) and …… (side for which applied)” shall be mentioned. It should be noted that applications sent at any other place or by any other mode shall not be accepted.
