About Special Public Prosecutor at CBI

CBI, SCB, Lucknow Recruitment for Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) at Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) 2024. In this regard, applications are invited from eligible advocates for engagement as Special Public Prosecutors in CBI to conduct trials of CBI cases in Trial Courts in Chandauli and Juvenile Justice Board, Varanasi.

Eligibility: CBI Special Public Prosecutor Recruitment

The following eligibility criteria may be considered carefully by the applicant while applying to the appointment/engagement of CBI, Special Public Prosecutors to conduct the trial of CBI cases in the Trial Court at Chandauli and Juvenile Justice Board, Varanasi.

• Educational Qualifications: LLB
• Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
• Experience at BAR in handling Criminal matters in Sessions courts.
• An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Government of India.
• A minimum experience of 10 years as an Advocate with expertise in handling criminal matters.

Period: Special Public Prosecutor at JJB

03 years or conclusion of cases pending in the Court
of Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli and Juvenile Justice Board,
Varanasi, whichever is earlier.
