Eligibility: CBI Special Public Prosecutor Recruitment
The following eligibility criteria may be considered carefully by the applicant while applying to the appointment/engagement of CBI, Special Public Prosecutors to conduct the trial of CBI cases in the Trial Court at Chandauli and Juvenile Justice Board, Varanasi.
- Educational Qualifications: LLB
- Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Experience at BAR in handling Criminal matters in Sessions courts.
- An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Government of India.
- A minimum experience of 10 years as an Advocate with expertise in handling criminal matters.
Period: Special Public Prosecutor at JJB
03 years or conclusion of cases pending in the Court
of Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli and Juvenile Justice Board,
Varanasi, whichever is earlier.
