The Indian Law Institute (ILI), Delhi Vacancy 2024 for the Post of Assistant Professor in Law. Candidates with a master’s in law, PhD in Law, a strong research record, and teaching experience are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and contributing to the Institute’s academic community.
Qualification: ILI Delhi Assistant Professor
- A Master‘s degree in Law with 55% marks
- The Ph.D. degree of the candidate has been awarded in a regular mode.
- The Ph.D. thesis has been evaluated by at least two external examiners.
- An open Ph.D. viva voce of the candidate has been conducted
- The Candidate has published two research papers from his/her Ph.D. work, out of which at least one is in a refereed journal.
- The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph.D work in conferences/ seminars sponsored/ funded/ supported by the UGC/ ICSSR or any similar agency.
- The Ph. D degree in Law has been obtained from a foreign university/institution
Desirable
- Candidates having Ph.D. in Law may be given preference.
- Research publications in Peer Reviewed or UGC-Listed law Journals.
- Desirable Areas of Specialisation: –
- Intellectual Property Rights
- Constitutional Law
- Criminal Law
- Legal Research Methodology
- Teaching experience preferably in Post Graduate Courses in law.
- Experience of Ph.D. Supervision in law.
Salary: Assistant Professor in Law
Level 10 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (Rs. 57,700/- to 1,82,400/-) (UGC Pay Matrix)
