About Research Internship at Kerala Judicial Academy
The Kerala Judicial Academy (KJA) offers a Winter research internship program in 2024-2024, providing law students with a unique opportunity to delve into the intricacies of the Indian legal system. They have the chance to contribute to legal research, participate in discussions with judicial officers, and develop a deeper understanding of the practical challenges faced within the legal field.
Objectives: Kerala Judicial Academy Internship
- To provide exposure to the practical problems in the field of law and related disciplines
- To promote doctrinal research in law.
- To give the interns a platform to engage in discussions with those who administer law and dispense justice.
Eligibility: Judicial Academy Internship
- The second and third-year students of the three-year LLB course
- The third to fifth-year students of the five-year LLB course
- The students of post-graduation in law.
Duration: KJA Judicial Academy Internship
The minimum and maximum duration shall be fifteen days and thirty days respectively.
- 01st December to 15th December
- 16th December to 31st December
- 01st January to 15th January
- 16th January to 31st January
Procedure to apply: KJA Judicial Academy Internship
- Application in the prescribed format shall be downloaded from the website of the Academy.
- The application shall be submitted to the Director of the Academy at least three weeks before the date of commencement of the internship.
- A certificate from the college authority concerned that the applicant is a Bonafide student and copies of the mark lists of the immediately preceding two semesters shall be attached to the application.
Dress code
Casual wear is not permitted on the Academy campus under any circumstance.
