NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, Telangana Invite Call for Submission of Art Works for NALSAR Calendar 2024-2025 the artist, retain full copyright ownership of your original work
To commemorate 75 years of the adoption of the Constitution and the establishment of the Supreme Court of India, the NALSAR University of Law invites students to submit artwork (paintings, drawings, and sketches, among others) that represents:
- The values of the Indian Constitution, such as dignity, equality, liberty and fraternity, or
- The contribution of the Indian Supreme Court in shaping Indian democracy.
Copyright Notice for Artwork Submission
By submitting your artwork to this call for submissions, you, the artist, retain full copyright ownership of your original work. However, by making your submission to NALSAR, you grant NALSAR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and non-transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your submitted artwork in connection with the production and promotion of the University’s 2025 calendar. This license includes but is not limited to:
- Use in print and digital formats of the calendar.
- Promotion of the calendar through various media (including but not limited to social media, university websites, and email newsletters); and
- Display in exhibitions or events related to the university.
This license is granted for non-commercial purposes only; this means that your artwork will not be used for any activities that generate revenue or profit outside of the university’s promotional efforts. You confirm that your submission does not infringe upon any copyright or other proprietary rights. If your artwork includes elements that are not original, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from copyright holders. You confirm that your submission is not AI-generated.
