ToggleAbout Winter Internship Program (WIP) at MSHRC
The Winter Internship Program (WIP) 2024-2025 at the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission (MSHRC) in Mumbai offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human rights advocacy. Running from January 2 to January 30, 2025, the program is open to third-year law students, LL.M.
Eligibility: Mumbai Human Rights Commission Winter Internship 2024-2025
- Students in the 3rd year pursuing 3 years of LL.B. Course – (while applying).
- Students who have completed 3 years of the 3+2 (5) years BA, LLB program are eligible to apply (while applying).
- Students pursuing LL.M. Courses,
- Students pursuing MA in Human Rights, Political Science, Sociology, Social Work (MSW), Criminology, Public Administration, Rural Development, History, Economics, Commerce, Anthropology, International Relations, and any of the disciplines of Social Sciences would be considered with preference to students pursuing their final year.
- Only students of regular courses at UGC Recognized Universities will be eligible.
- Students must have attained a minimum of 65% marks in Class XII and all subsequent semester patterns.
Date: MSHRC Winter Internship 2024-2025 Mumbai
- Internship Commencement From 2nd January 2025 (Thursday) to 30th January 2025 (Wednesday).
Application Procedure: Mumbai Human Rights Internship
- The ‘Application Form’ for the Winter Internship Programme 2024 is in Annexures ‘I’ and ‘II’.
- Statement of Purpose (SoP) in 500 Words.
- Attested photocopies (by Head of Department only) of mark sheets for every year/semester, are to be submitted for all the preceding years from Class XII onwards along with caste certificate/physically handicapped certificate (if applicable), failing which the application will be liable to be rejected.
How to Apply: Maharashtra human Rights Winter Internship
The Application duly forwarded by the Head of the Department will be sent by Post (any mode) / By Hand (superscripted on the envelope “Application for WIP 2024”)
