Fee

Every candidate shall pay Rs. 100/—as fee through a Demand Draft or postal order drawn in the name of the Director, Rajasthan State Judicial Academy.

Age

• A candidate must not have attained the age of 33 years on 1st January preceding the last date fixed for application submission.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must be a fresh Law Graduate or Postgraduate in Law from a University/College/Institution established by Law in India.
• The candidate must have a working knowledge of computers with typing skills.

Disqualification: Rajasthan Judicial Academy Research Scholar Vacancy

• A candidate must not have more than one wedded spouse, nor should be married to such a person, who already had a living spouse at that time.
• A candidate should not be involved in any criminal case, either convicted or against whom criminal trial is pending.
• A candidate must not be debarred from exam or rusticated from any institute, authority or public service commission.
• A candidate must not be medically unfit.

Character:

A candidate must be a person of integrity, honesty and good moral character, for which he will submit certificate of two responsible persons (as mentioned in the application format), at the time of interview.

Honorarium:

• A fixed honorarium of Rs. 50,000/- per month without any dearness or other allowance/ perquisite, shall be paid to the Research Scholar.
• Proportionate reduction of honorarium shall be made for unauthorized absence, so also for absence beyond permissible period of leave.

Duty Hours, Attendance and Leave:

It is a full time Job, with following conditions regarding duty hours, attendance and leave:

• The daily working hours shall be as per the calendar of Academy. However, on the days of Seminars, Workshops, Conferences etc. the duty hours shall be as directed by the Director, Rajasthan State Judicial Academy.
• A Research Scholar shall be entitled to one casual leave on completion of one calendar month, and un-availed casual leave will accumulate, uptill calendar year. There will be no other leave of any nature whatsoever.
• The Director, Rajasthan State Judicial Academy shall be competent authority to sanction his leave.
• Rajasthan State Judicial Academy shall maintain account of attendance and casual leave of the Research Scholar and will send its intimation on last working day of each calendar month to the Bill Section, for preparing bill of honorarium.
