Qualification: BSLSA Lok Adalat Chairman
A person who is or has been a District Judge or Additional District Judge or has held judicial office higher in rank than that of a District Judge will be eligible for appointment.
Desirable Qualification: BSLSA Permanent Lok Adalat Chairman Vacancy
A person having experience in mediation & Conciliation will be given preference.
Tenure: BSLSA Law Vacancy 2025
The appointment shall be for 5 years or 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.

The age of candidates should be below 65 years as on 01.01.2025
Selection Procedure: BSLSA Lok Adalat Chairman
The Selection shall be made on the basis of performance in the Viva Voce test (Interview) of the candidates shortlisted for this purpose. Short listing of the candidate will be done on the basis of service record, ACRs of last five years and vigilance clearance.
