11th Professor V.S. Mani Memorial International Law Moot Court Competition- 2025 organized by Jaipur National University (JNU), Jaipur, at its Seedling School of Law and Governance, Rajasthan.
About the Organiser
Jaipur National University, established on 22 October 2007, is a private university in the Jaipur district of Rajasthan, India.
Eligibility: 11th Professor V.S. Mani Memorial Moot Court Competition
- The Competition is open to all students, enrolled bonafide regularly in an undergraduate Law course (5 years integrated Law course/3 Year L.L.B Course) or its equivalent conducted by any recognized Institution/College/University of any country.
- A cap of 40 teams is reserved for the Competition, and teams will be selected on a first come first serve basis. Each Team shall comprise a minimum of two members and a maximum of three members.
- In a Team comprising of two members, both the members shall be designated as Speakers.
- In a Team comprising three members, the third member of the team shall be designated as Researcher.
- Any additional member or team coach of any team shall not formally be recognized and will not be entitled to a certificate from the University.
Anonymity of Teams: 11th Professor VS Mani Competition 20205
- Teams shall not reveal their identity in any form, except using the Team Code allotted to them during the Competition.
- Any form of scouting during the completion is strictly prohibited and shall entail instant disqualification of the Team
- The Written Submissions shall not reveal the identity of the team in any form and should not bear the logo, name, etc. of the University represented.
- Any material presented to the Panel should be devoid of any identification marks/seal of the Team. If any such mark/seal exists, it shall be rendered unfair means.
- Any violation of Rules 4.2 and 4.3 shall attract severe penalty or disqualification as determined by the Moot Court Committee. The decision of the Moot Court Committee in this regard shall be final and not subject to challenge.
Languages of the Moot completion
- The language of the Competition shall be English. Use of vernacular language by the participants during the said competition is prohibited.
- All Oral Rounds and Memorials shall be in English only.
Dress Code: International Law Moot Court Competition
- Advocate and Attire are compulsory along with a black blazer and black tie for all the participants.
- For female participants: Black colored trousers or a salwar, white colored kurta or shirt and black shoes.
- For male participants: Black colored trousers and white colored shirt and black shoes.
- The above-mentioned dress code extends to inaugural and valedictory ceremonies as well.
- Participants are expected to make their arrangements regarding the same. Not abiding by the said rules can lead to direct disqualification and the Organizing Committee will have complete discretion regarding the same

Awards: Professor V.S. Mani Memorial Moot Court Competition
- The Winners shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 30,000/- INR.
- The Runner-ups shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 20,000/- INR.
- The Best Speaker shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 7,000/- INR.
- The Best Memorial award carries a Trophy and cash prize of 6,000/- INR.
- The Best Researcher shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 5,000/- INR.
Registration Fee & Bank details: International Law Moot Court Competition JNU
- 1. The Registration Fee is INR 5,000/- Indian teams (Including Food & Accommodation)
- 2. All other Teams shall pay US $ 100 or its equivalent excluding service charges (if any) in Euro as registration fee.
