Invitation for Applications Recruitment Vacancy 2025 under Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) Young Professionals (Law) {YPs} for handling litigation management in EPFO. Filling up the Young Professionals (Law) post on a contract basis in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)
Eligibility Criteria: Law Young Professional Vacancy at EPFO
Essential Law Graduates from any recognized University. Preference will be given to LLB/ BA LLB-qualified persons with experience in the research field.
Age & Nationality
The candidate must be an Indian citizen of age not more than 32 years as of the date of publication of the advertisement.
General Essential Skills
All the candidates are expected to have reasonable:
- Understanding of law and litigation system,
- Understanding of the EPF & MP Act, 1952, Establishment Rules and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code of India, 2016
- Analytical ability,
- Knowledge of Informational Technology tools,
- Aptitude for research,
- Oral and written communication skills, and
- Judgment and interpersonal skills.

Upper Age (limit): 32 years
Remuneration:
Remuneration per month (Rs.): Rs 65,000 / per month (fixed)

Persons with LLM, Ph.D and additional qualifications, research experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant field would be preferred.
