- Module 2- Standards, Standards Development Organization and Policy
- Module 3- SEPs and FRAND Commitment
- Module 4- SEPs in Different Jurisdictions: Laws and Policies
- Module 5- SEPs and Competition
- Module 6- SEPs with Interface with laws relating to Contracts, ADR Etc.,
- Module 7- SEP Litigation
- Module 8- Future Challenges to SEP
Evaluation and Credit Awarding
- Participants will be evaluated based on research work, internal assessments, and a written examination.
- The grading structure is as follows:
- Research Paper/Project & Viva – 30%
- Internal Assessment – 20%
- Written Examination – 50%
- Credits earned by NUSRL students will be reflected on their marksheet as additional credits.
- External participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, explicitly mentioning the credits earned.
- Failure to meet academic requirements or complete the evaluation process will result in non-awarding of credits.
