Court Proceedings Observation:

I attended several hearings conducted by the tribunal, which allowed me to witness how land disputes, especially appeals and revisions related to land revenue matters, are adjudicated.

Role & Function: Bihar Land Tribunal

The internship deepened my understanding of the tribunal’s jurisdiction and its critical role in resolving land disputes, streamlining justice, and reducing the burden on regular civil courts.

Through interaction with staff and observation, I gained insights into the daily operations of the tribunal, including how petitions are processed, records are maintained, and decisions are issued under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act.
