Key Responsibilities

• Draft & review agreements (NDA, Indemnity, Bilateral, Unilateral).
• Support HR compliance & legal documentation.
• Maintain legal databases & records.
• Conduct legal research & assist in compliance tasks.

Requirements

• Law student (LLB / BA-LLB).
• Strong drafting & research skills.
• Attention to detail, MS Office proficiency.
