Are you a law graduate with a passion for Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) litigation? An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Associate (0–3 years PQE) at a reputed law office in Jangpura, New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site position for candidates eager to build a career in counterfeit enforcement and digital infringement matters.

About the Role

The role is ideal for young lawyers interested in IPR litigation, especially in areas of counterfeit enforcement, digital brand protection, and trademark/copyright law. The selected candidate will work closely with seniors and gain hands-on litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate, you will:

• Draft and file plaints, written statements, injunctions, replies, and other pleadings in IP cases.
• Assist in counterfeit enforcement actions including preparing search & seizure requests, briefing Local Commissioners, and coordinating with enforcement agencies.
• Manage online brand protection through notice-and-takedown actions on e-commerce platforms, social media, and websites.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and prepare case notes and strategy briefs.
• Handle case follow-ups with clients, court staff, and registries; maintain organized case files and evidence records.
• Attend court hearings, assist seniors/counsel, and contribute to litigation strategy.

Eligibility & Required Skills

• Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Experience: 0–3 years of exposure in IPR litigation (preferred).
• Specialization: Demonstrated interest in trademarks, copyright, and enforcement.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Mandatory: On-site presence at the New Delhi office.
