Qualification: Kumar Legal Research Law Firm Internship
- Preferred: Students in their penultimate or final year of law.
- Must have strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Proficiency in using online legal databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability and capability to apply legal knowledge in real-life cases.
Firm’s Expertise
Interns at Kumar Legal Research LLP will gain exposure across diverse practice areas, including:
- Litigation before High Courts, NCLT, Sessions & District Courts, and DRT.
- Direct & Indirect Taxation matters, including GST.
- Real Estate Law and regulatory matters.
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
- Criminal and Civil matters.
Roles and Responsibilities of Interns
As part of this internship, selected candidates will:
- Draft legal documents, petitions, and contracts.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and case law analysis.
- Assist in court proceedings and filings.
- Coordinate with clients and support senior associates.
