Applications are now open for a one-month virtual legal internship to be conducted under the guidance of Advocate Braj Kishore Mishra, practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India with extensive appearances across High Courts and Tribunals. The internship will run from 1st November to 30th November 2025 and is designed to provide law students with hands-on exposure to core aspects of litigation and legal practice.
What You Will Learn
This internship aims to equip students with practical legal skills and real-world insights, including:
- Legal Research & Case Law Analysis – Building strong analytical and research abilities.
- Drafting Skills – Preparing Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions, Bail Applications, and other important legal documents.
- Court Procedure & Litigation Strategy – Understanding practical aspects of courtroom practice.
- Judgment Analysis – Exposure to real case files and judicial decisions.
- Certificate of Completion – Awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to law students from 2nd year onwards in both 3-year LL.B. and 5-year integrated LL.B. programmes.
