About Indirect Tax Law Moot Court 2025
The ILS Law College, Pune, is delighted to announce the Third Edition of “The Chamber of Tax Consultants (CTC) Indirect Tax Law National Moot Court Competition 2025–26”. This prestigious event is one of India’s leading national-level moot court competitions focusing exclusively on Indirect Taxation Law, providing budding lawyers with a platform to showcase their advocacy and research skills.
About the Tax Law Moot Court Competition
The competition aims to promote a deeper understanding of Indirect Taxation Law, fostering analytical thinking and legal research among law students. It provides an opportunity to simulate real-world legal proceedings and develop arguments before tax law experts and seasoned advocates.
The event will be conducted in two modes – online and offline – making it accessible to participants across India.
- Preliminary and Semi-Final Rounds: To be held online on 20th and 21st December 2025
- Final Round: Scheduled to be held offline at ILS Law College, Pune, on 17th January 2026
