Position: Advocate & Client Solutions Specialist
The selected candidates will play a dual role — managing dispute resolution cases while also leading client acquisition and relationship development across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Acquire, onboard, and manage clients seeking financial dispute resolution services.
- Resolve Disputes: Handle client cases through mediation and negotiation to ensure effective solutions.
- Legal Advisory: Offer expert legal advice on financial contracts, settlements, and compliance strategies.
- Documentation: Draft legal agreements, client communications, and regulatory documents with accuracy.
