The National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has announced admissions for its two specialised Post-Graduate Professional Diploma in Cyber Crime and Cyber Scene Management Course 2026 at its Manipur Campus.

These programs, offered by the Institute of Forensic Sciences for Training & Skilling, provide intensive, job-oriented training for graduates seeking careers in cutting-edge fields such as digital forensics and field investigation.

Admission to these niche programs is contingent upon specific undergraduate qualifications, ensuring candidates have the necessary foundational knowledge.

Note: Graduate degree from any discipline with a minimum 50% for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS category candidates, and 45% for SC/ST/PWD candidates. Admission shall be undertaken based on a merit list drawn up based on the Bachelor’s Percentage obtained by candidates in their respective graduation courses.

Cyber Crime Investigation

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. Additionally, the degree must be one of the following, with the specified minimum marks:

• B.E./B.TECH. in Computer Engineering (CE), Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Information and Communication Technology (ICT), or Electronics and Communication (EC).
• B.Sc. in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or Electronics.
• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum Marks: 55% for General category, and 50% for SC/ST and PWD candidates.

Crime Scene Management

• Educational Requirement: A Graduate degree from a science discipline.
• Minimum Marks: 50% for General, OBC(NCL), and EWS category candidates, and 45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
