Internship Role & Responsibilities
As a legal intern at KAVA Law, you will work closely with the founding team and contribute directly to live matters and research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research & Drafting
- Assist in preparing issues for The KAVA Digest (firm’s publication series)
- Draft internal regulatory updates and research notes
- Content & Policy Brainstorming
- Contribute ideas and insights on recent legal and regulatory developments
- Support thought leadership in tech law and financial regulation
- Transactional & Regulatory Support
- Assist with drafting and research for ongoing corporate and compliance matters
- Support advisory work related to regulatory transitions and governance norms
