Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Students in:
- 2nd or 3rd year of 3-year LL.B. course
- 4th or final year of 5-year integrated LL.B.
- LL.M. students
- Must be an Indian national
- Should be from a recognized institution
- Basic knowledge of competition law is preferred
- Students with confirmed job placements are not eligible
Internship Duration
- Standard duration: 1 month [May 2026]
- Starts from the first working day of the month
- Can be extended up to 2–3 months (with recommendation from institution)
Stipend Details
- ₹15,000 per month (fixed honorarium)
Number of Seats
- Only 15 interns are selected every month
Internship Location
- New Delhi
