2. Contract Duration & Extension

3. Termination Rules
General Termination

6. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Legal Experts are expected to:
- Study international and foreign laws on terrorism
- Provide legal advice on counter-terrorism
- Draft model legal provisions
- Submit monthly research reports
- Work on cyber terrorism laws and policies
- Follow NIA office timings (including holidays if required)
7. Confidentiality Obligations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of:
- Documents
- Data
- Official information
- Must sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Cannot:
- Share or use data outside official work
- Retain confidential materials
- Obligation continues even after contract ends
8. Conduct & Ethical Requirements
