Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Law graduate (LL.B.) from a recognized institution
  • Strong knowledge of key legal areas:
    • Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
    • Companies Act, 2013
    • Contract Law
    • Arbitration and ADR laws
  • Preference for candidates based in Chennai or nearby regions
  • Excellent skills in:
    • Legal drafting
    • Research and analysis
    • Case handling
