Course Structure and Teaching Requirements
- Each elective course requires 40 hours of classroom teaching
- Classes are generally spread across 10 weeks
- Faculty must provide 2 office hours per week for student interaction
- Classes are conducted on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Most sessions are scheduled between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM
- In special cases, classes may also be conducted on Saturdays
- Courses may be condensed into 4–6 weeks in exceptional situations

Facilities and Support for Visiting Faculty

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate and Postgraduate degree in Law or Social Sciences
- Experience (any one of the following):
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification academic/professional experience
- 7–10 years of legal practice experience
- Preference will be given to:
- Candidates with strong publication records
- Subject-matter experts with teaching or research experience
Selection Process
- Applications are reviewed by the Academic Review Committee (ARC)
- Final course approval depends on:
- ARC approval
- Minimum student enrollment as per university regulations
