    • Master’s degree in economics (preferably with International Trade)
  • Legal
    • LLB or LLM
    • PG Diploma in any legal subject
  • General Management
    • MBA (from top 100 NIRF-ranked institutions)
    • Master’s in Public Policy / International Affairs / International Trade
    • NICMAR Construction Management considered equivalent
  • Data Science
    • B.Tech / B.E / MCA
    • Master’s in Data Science / Data Analytics / Computational Mathematics
  • Foreign degrees will be evaluated based on QS/Times rankings

Experience and Age Limit

  • Young Professional
    • Age: Up to 35 years
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year
  • Associate
    • Age: Up to 45 years
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years
  • Consultant
    • Age: Up to 50 years
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years
  • Senior Consultant
    • Age: Up to 65 years
    • Experience: 15+ years
  • Ph.D. can be counted as up to 3 years of experience

Selection Process

  • Applications will be shortlisted
  • Only three times the number of vacancies will be called for interviews
  • Final selection is based on performance in the interview

Salary and Benefits

  • Monthly remuneration as per government guidelines
  • Subject to TDS and professional tax deductions

Key Terms and Conditions

  • Initial tenure: 2 years (extendable by 1 year only)
  • Maximum tenure: 3 years
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Leave: 1.5 days per month
  • Maternity leave applicable as per law
  • No job security or future employment guarantee

Additional Conditions

  • Mandatory police verification and medical certificate
  • Signing of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  • Governed by the Official Secrets Act, 1923
