Internship Opportunity with Justice Vikram Nath

The Office of Justice Vikram Nath is inviting applications for Judicial internship positions for multiple sessions in 2026. Law students and recent graduates looking to gain practical exposure to constitutional law, litigation, and judicial functioning at the Supreme Court level can apply for this prestigious internship opportunity.

The internship will be conducted at the Supreme Court of India under the guidance of the office of Justice Vikram Nath.

Internship Duration and Available Sessions

Applications are being accepted for the following internship periods:

  • 12 July 2026 to 31 August 2026
  • 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026
  • 1 October 2026 to 6 November 2026
  • 16 November 2026 to 18 December 2026

Applicants should note that these are the only internship slots available according to the official Supreme Court calendar. Internship certificates will mention the exact duration of the selected session.

Candidates are advised to apply only if they are available for the complete internship period.

Eligibility Criteria

The internship is open only to the following candidates:

  • Students in the 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. course such as BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., or B.Sc. LL.B.
  • Students in the 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program
  • Recent law graduates

Applicants who do not fall under these categories are not eligible to apply.

Important Application Deadlines

  • Applications must be submitted before the 15th of every month.
  • Selected candidates may receive communication from the office by the 20th of the month preceding the internship period.
  • If no communication is received by that date, applicants should consider their application unsuccessful.
