If you are a law student aspiring to experience the highest level of judicial functioning in India, this is a valuable opportunity in February 2026 for you. The Office of Hon’ble Mr Justice Vikram Nath, Judge, Supreme Court of India, invites applications for its prestigious full-time, in-person legal internship programme.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to constitutional adjudication, judicial research, and court proceedings at the Supreme Court level.

Eligibility Criteria

Only the following candidates are eligible to apply:

  • Final year students of 5-year integrated law programmes
    (BA LL.B / BBA LL.B / BSc LL.B or equivalent)
  • Final year students of 3-year LL.B programme
  • Recent law graduates

🗓 Important Deadlines

  • Application Deadline:
    • Submit your form by the 15th of every month for the following month’s internship.
  • Shortlisting Notification:
    • If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted by email.
    • If you do not hear back by the 20th of the previous month, kindly assume that your application has not been selected.

🏛 Mode & Nature of Internship

  • 📌 Only Full-Time & Physical Mode
  • No part-time or virtual internships
  • 🕘 You must be available full-time for the entire duration of the internship.
  • 📚 Students having college exams or other commitments during the internship period are strongly discouraged from applying.

📩 Selection Process

  • Applications are screened due to a high volume of submissions.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will receive confirmation through email.
  • No individual rejection emails are sent.
