About the Internship

This is a long-term, litigation-focused paid internship under the guidance of Advocate Subhashish Kumar, designed to provide practical exposure to court proceedings, legal research, and fieldwork related to active litigation matters.


Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

  • 🎓 Final-year or penultimate-year law student (3-year or 5-year LL.B.)
  • 📍 Currently residing in Delhi
  • ⚖️ Strong interest in litigation and trial work
  • ✍️ Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • ✅ Sincerity, accountability, and professionalism (non-negotiable)

Nature of Work

The internship is hybrid in nature, allowing flexibility while ensuring real-world legal exposure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • 📚 Preparing legal research notes
  • 📝 Assisting in drafting and case preparation
  • 🏛 Regular field work, including:
    • Court visits
    • Government offices
    • Client meetings and professional interactions

Work-from-office is not mandatory, but interns must be available for field assignments as required.


Duration & Stipend

  • 💰 ₹10,000 for the first month
  • 💰 ₹15,000 per month from the second month onwards
