My name is Rituraj, a law student from DES Shri Navalmal Firodia Law College, Savitribai Phule Pune University, based in Pune, Maharashtra. I had the privilege of completing a one-month legal internship at Asim Sarode & Associates from 22 May 2025 to 22 June 2025. This internship offered me valuable exposure to real-world litigation, legal drafting, court procedures, and research-based advocacy.
Legal Drafting and Court Practice
During my internship, I actively drafted legal documents for diverse courts and tribunals, including:

- National Green Tribunal (NGT)
- Bombay High Court
I prepared Legal Notices, Written Notes of Arguments, PILs, Petitions, and Applications, enhancing my drafting precision and legal reasoning.
Contribution to Public Interest Litigation (PIL)
One of my significant contributions was assisting in drafting guidelines for a PIL related to Cosmetic Surgery practices in India, identifying legal loopholes and regulatory gaps. This PIL was presented before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, which helped me understand policy impact through litigation.
Work on the Child Marriage Act Case
I drafted an application concerning the Child Marriage Act, focusing on legal protection and enforcement measures for minors. This experience improved my understanding of social justice and child rights law.
