Eligibility Criteria for Judicial Internship at Delhi High Court
- Applications from Students of Law in their 4th/5th Year of 5 Year Law Course and 2nd/3rd Year of 3 Years of Law Course, will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior judicial internship experience in High Courts and/or the Supreme Court will be preferred.
- The aforesaid criteria are only directory and not mandatory, the candidate’s interest, dedication, and proclivity to learn in a judicial internship are also considered.
Mode of internship
- The mode of the Internship will be Physical/In-Person only.

- The deadline to apply for an internship is 6 weeks before your desired internship period.
- Only Shortlisted Candidates will be contacted via email about 2 to 3 weeks before the commencement of the Internship.
- Due to the huge volume of applications the office receives, we are unable to inform each Applicant of the status of their application. If you don’t hear back from us 2 to 4 weeks before your desired internship period, your application will not be shortlisted.
