By establishing contact with various jails through video conferencing, Nyay Samadhan Kendra provides legal advice to the prisoners through panel advocates.

Bihar State Legal Services Authority is going to create a panel of “Semi (Para) Legal Volunteers” for “Nyay Samadhan Kendra” to assist the panel advocates in their work.

10th Passed

Application Process: Nyay Samadhan Kendra PLV

• Therefore, such persons (female/male) who are voluntarily interested in the upliftment of the weaker and deprived sections of society and who are proficient in computer work and have passed at least 10th (Matriculation) examination, and want to be included in the panel for Nyay Samadhan Kendra, then they can submit their application by 12th September 2024 in the office of Bihar State Legal Services Authority, by filling up the attached bio-data completely along with their self-written application in the name of Member Secretary, Bihar State Legal Services Authority, Patna and attaching the experience certificate.

Tenure

The tenure of the semi (para) legal volunteer will be valid for 1 year.

Salary

They will be paid an honorarium at the rate of Rs. 500/- (five hundred rupees only) per working day. This is not a government job.
